Occupational therapy helps children acquire the skills they need to participate in everyday activities. Our occupational therapists provide tailored services that are designed to meet the individual needs of each child. They work with children to develop skills such as fine motor, gross motor, sensory processing, social, and self-care.

ABA

ABA, or Applied Behavior Analysis, is an evidence-based intervention designed to help children with developmental delays reach their full potential. Our Early Intervention program provides comprehensive ABA services tailored to the individual needs of each child, including skill assessment, behavior reduction, and individualized instruction. Our experienced team of professionals are dedicated to helping children reach their goals and reach new heights.

Physical Therapy

Early intervention physical therapy helps infants and young children improve their strength, mobility, and gross motor skills. Our physical therapists use a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as massage, strengthening exercises, and sensory integration activities, to help improve coordination and maximize the child's ability to move and explore their environment.

Service Coordination

Service Coordination is a key service offered by our Early Intervention program. Our Service Coordinators work with families to identify and access the services needed to meet the child’s developmental goals. They coordinate and monitor the delivery of services, as well as provide support and advocacy for families.

Special Instruction

Our Early Intervention service provides specialized instruction tailored to each individual child's needs. Our program focuses on developing age-appropriate skills in a nurturing and supportive environment, enabling each child to reach their full potential. Our team of experienced professionals is dedicated to providing the highest quality of care to families and children.

Supported Employment

Supported Employment is a service that helps individuals with developmental, behavioral, or mental health challenges find, secure, and maintain meaningful employment in integrated work settings. This service provides personalized, hands-on support tailored to each participant’s strengths, needs, and career goals. Supported Employment includes but is not limited to person centered employment planning, intensive ongoing support, workplace skill development, and ongoing coaching to ensure success on the job. 

By fostering independence and promoting inclusion, this service empowers individuals to achieve their professional aspirations, enhance their quality of life, and contribute to their communities through meaningful work.

Palliative Care

Palliative Care Services provide specialized support services focused on providing relief from the symptoms and stress of a chronic medical, physical, or developmental condition or life threatening illness. The goal of palliative care is to enhance the quality of life for both the child/youth and the family. These services are person-centered and may include expressive therapies (such as art or music), massage therapy and emotional counseling to support individuals and their families. Palliative Care is provided by a specially trained team of doctors, nurses, social workers, and other specialists who work together with a child/youth’s doctors to provide an extra layer of support. It is appropriate at any stage of a chronic medical, physical, or developmental condition or life-threatening illness and can be provided along with curative treatment.

Respite/Crisis Respite

Respite Services provide temporary relief for caregivers by offering safe, supervised care for individuals with developmental, behavioral, or mental health challenges. This service helps prevent caregiver burnout while ensuring the individual receives engaging and supportive care in their home or community.

Crisis Respite Services are designed to provide short-term, intensive support for individuals experiencing a mental health or behavioral crisis. These services aim to stabilize the individual, prevent hospitalization, and support recovery by offering immediate care in a safe and structured environment.

Both services focus on promoting stability, reducing stress, and supporting the well-being of both participants and their caregivers.

CFASS

Caregiver/Family Advocacy and Support Services are a component of Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) designed to provide support and resources to the family members or caregivers of children and youth with significant health, developmental, or behavioral challenges. These services aim to empower families, enhance their ability to care for their child, and promote better outcomes for the child or youth by addressing the needs of their support system. The primary goal of Caregiver/Family Advocacy and Support Services is to strengthen caregiver competency, enhance family functioning and advocate for the child/youth’s needs. This support service offers Education and Training to caregivers, Peer Support, Advocacy Assistance and Skill-Building.

Prevocational Support

Prevocational Support is designed to prepare individuals with developmental, behavioral, or mental health challenges for future employment opportunities. This service focuses on building essential skills that enhance participants' readiness for the workforce, such as time management, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving. Prevocational support also includes activities like exploring career interests, learning workplace etiquette, and understanding job responsibilities. By fostering confidence and competence, this service helps participants transition into vocational training, supported employment, or competitive work environments, ultimately empowering them to achieve greater independence and long-term success in their careers.
